Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Yes — if you haven't had a ReelForge trial before, Creator starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required, and you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Hustler, Mogul and Empire don't include a trial and are billed from day one; you can start on Creator and upgrade at any time.
Can I use the free Explorer plan forever?
Yes. Explorer has no time limit: 3 videos every month, up to 45 seconds, at 720p with a ReelForge watermark. No credit card is needed to sign up.
Are there per-video fees on paid plans?
No. Each plan includes a monthly video allowance with no extra charge per render, download or post. If you need more before the month resets, you can buy a one-off top-up pack instead of upgrading.
What happens if I reach my video limit?
Your allowance refreshes on the 1st of each month. Until then you can upgrade to a bigger plan or buy a top-up pack of 10, 30 or 100 extra videos.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your account; you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions — refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 9× the monthly price instead of 12× — a 25% saving. For example, Creator is $17/mo, or $153/yr billed annually (you save $51).
Do paid plans remove the watermark?
Yes. Every paid plan, starting with Creator, exports 1080p video without the ReelForge watermark.
Which platforms can I post to?
From Creator up, connect TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit or Bluesky, then post right away or schedule from the calendar. Stories post to Instagram and Facebook.
What are Daily Stories?
On Hustler and above, ReelForge creates a fresh Story and posts it to your connected accounts every day at the time you pick. Mogul and Empire add Story Series, which posts up to 3 Stories in each drop, cut from your recent videos. Stories are included in your plan at no extra cost.
Do I need an Instagram Business account to post Stories?
Yes. Instagram only allows automated posting from Business or Creator accounts — a Meta requirement. Switching is free, takes a minute in Instagram's settings and can be reversed.
Is there a plan for agencies?
Empire is built for agencies and high-volume teams: 500 videos a month (fair use), up to 25 Autopilot schedules, up to 10 API keys, voice cloning and a dedicated account manager.
Why does Empire say 500 videos a month instead of unlimited?
We'd rather put the real number on the label than hide a cap behind "unlimited". If you need more than 500 videos a month, email support@reelforgeai.io to talk about higher volume.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear when your browser supports them. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
